Phil has been active in the commercial real estate industry for the last 20 years. He has specialized in tenant representation and the development of single tenant NNN assets. Prior to his brokerage career, Phil owned and managed several retail/wholesale automotive aftermarket businesses operating throughout the Western US. This automotive background has enabled him to foster many strong relationships and led to the representation of automotive clients for their new store and development programs. His experience as a small business owner/manager from 1972-1998 has helped him develop exceptional management, communication and organizational skills.

Paul Cox is the Manager & Investment Advisor of San Tan Funds as well as the principal at Cox Advisors, LLC a retirement and estate planning firm in Chandler, AZ. He has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2005 and has advised clients in the purchase of real estate and real estate investments. He also holds the FINRA Series 65 investment advisory license, is a life and health insurance producer in the state of Arizona and is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona.

Jenni has a unique gift of working with all our clients ensuring a great experience. She also leads the day to day marketing operations at the firm.
